The Manitoba Institute for Patient Safety is a member of the Interprofessional Continuing Professional Development Network for the Health Professions in Manitoba (iCPD Manitoba). The Network will serve as a centre of excellence for interprofessional continuing professional development for the health professions in Manitoba.
The Network is comprised of partner organizations who work as a collective to promote the concept of interprofessional continuing professional development and collaborative practice. The goal of iCPD is the planning, development, and delivery of competency-based interprofessional CPD programming designed specifically to meet the learning needs of health professionals, thereby facilitating the emergence of collaborative patient-centred care.
