Pamphlet for Health Care Providers
In November of 2010 the Manitoba Institute for Patient Safety in partnership with Manitoba Health, the Regional Health Authorities of Manitoba and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority released a new resource titled “The Facts about Critical Incidents and their Disclosure: Frequently Asked Questions for Health Care Providers”.
Disclosure Posters and Pamphlets for Patients and Families
On November 4, 2009, resource materials were released at a Canadian Patient Safety Week media event. The event was co-sponsored by the Manitoba Institute for Patient Safety, the Regional Health Authorities of Manitoba, Manitoba Health and Healthy Living, and the Canadian Patient Safety Institute.
