This event is being sponsored by Medbuy Corporation nationally, and the Manitoba Institute for Patient Safety locally, in partnership with the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, and the Canadian Association of Paediatric Health Centres.
Cost
There is no cost to register. Travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of registrants. Breaks and lunch on own. Registration is limited to 300 people. Once registration has reached 300, a waiting list will be developed and people will be informed should a spot become available.

Registrants are responsible for printing their own handouts and conference material. These will be posted to the MIPS website - Events Page - as soon as they are available.
