Mr. Reg Toews, Chair

Reg Toews has retired from a 30-year career in the health services field which has been almost evenly divided between government and the community non-profit sector. Mr. Toews retired from the role as Chief Executive Officer with South Eastman RHA, a position he held since 1996. Prior to that, Mr. Toews was an Assistant Deputy Minister with Manitoba Health responsible for mental health reform in the province. Mr. Toews also provided leadership in the development of the Children and Youth Secretariat. He continues to be engaged as an organization and management consultant.
